2. General Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The container was delivered in a defective or incorrect condition
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo evidence is provided
  • The container has not been used or modified

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom-modified containers
  • Containers damaged after delivery
  • Containers used for storage or transport
  • Delivery and transport fees
  • Orders canceled after dispatch

4. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Any processing or administrative costs may be deducted.

After Dispatch

Once a container has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your container arrives:

  • Damaged
  • With the wrong size
  • With incorrect specifications

You must contact us within 24 hours with photos and a written description.

We will arrange:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Or a partial/full refund (if applicable)

6. Return Costs

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return transport costs
  • The container must be returned in its original condition

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

7–10 business days
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under German and EU consumer protection laws.
