AOS Containerservice GmbH specializes in the sale, supply, and delivery of:

  • Storage containers
  • Modified containers (custom orders)

All products are sold subject to availability.

3. Orders & Contracts

A contract is formed only when:

  • An official invoice is issued
  • Full or agreed payment is received
  • Order confirmation is provided

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices:

  • Are stated in EUR (€)
  • Exclude delivery unless specified
  • May change without notice

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Other methods as stated on the invoice

Full payment is required before dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by HIAB or flatbed trucks.

The customer must ensure:

  • Clear access for large vehicles
  • A stable, level surface
  • No obstructions (trees, cables, narrow roads)

Failed deliveries caused by poor access may result in additional charges.

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the container transfers to the customer only after full payment.

Risk transfers upon delivery.

7. Inspection on Delivery

The customer must inspect the container immediately.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-modified containers are non-refundable
  • Standard containers may be eligible for return
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are subject to inspection

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted
  • Admin or processing fees may apply

10. Warranty

Used containers are sold as seen unless stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee:

  • Cosmetic condition
  • Paint finish
  • Minor dents or surface rust

Structural integrity is ensured.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Site access issues
  • Delays caused by weather or logistics
  • Improper use of containers
