3. Delivery Method
All containers are delivered using:
- HIAB crane trucks or flatbed trucks
- Ground-level placement where site access allows
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- Clear access for large delivery vehicles
- A solid, level surface for placement
- No obstructions such as low trees, cables, or narrow gates
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Germany: 2–7 business days after payment confirmation
- EU deliveries: 5–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Stock availability
- Weather conditions
- Transport schedules
- Site accessibility

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on:

6. Inspection on Delivery
Customers must inspect the container immediately upon delivery.
If there is:
- Visible damage
- Incorrect container size
- Wrong specification
You must notify us within 24 hours with photos and a written report.
7. Returns & Cancellations
7.1 Custom Orders
Custom-modified containers cannot be returned unless defective.
7.2 Standard Containers
Returns are only accepted if:
- The container is unused
- It is in the same condition as delivered
- The request is made within 48 hours
Return transport costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- The container is returned in acceptable condition
- No damage has occurred
- The return request meets our policy terms
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
9. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Poor site access
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
